Perforated Roller Shutters
Features
Perforated roller shutters are manufactured from first-grade phosphate galvanised mild steel, roll-formed with reinforced interlocking laths to deliver excellent strength, durability, and security. Featuring a 40% perforated curtain with 3mm diameter holes, the shutter allows natural airflow and clear visibility while maintaining protection of the premises. The advanced drum assembly incorporates oil-tempered torsion springs and ball-bearing supports to ensure smooth, quiet, and reliable operation. Available in both manual spring-loaded hand-pull and electrical operation, the system includes adjustable limit switches, thermal motor protection, and emergency hand-chain operation during power failure. A high-quality powder-coated finish of minimum 65 microns provides enhanced corrosion resistance and a clean, modern appearance suitable for commercial environments.
Applications
Perforated roller shutters are ideal for commercial and public spaces where visibility, ventilation, and security are essential. They are widely used in retail shops, shopping malls, food courts, schools, community centres, showrooms, and other commercial facilities, allowing products and interiors to remain visible even when the premises are secured.
